Dear Experts,
We are using SAP FSM Connector Full Sync feature and enter the service call code and press Full sync button. However every time i got the attached response whereas i am putting the valid service call id.

Thank you for the Question.
I tested this and it seems to be a bug in the FSM Connector on the UI. I opened a bug report in my team. We will try to have a patch out by next week.
