SAP FSCM how to create a dispute case?

Hi All, I am trying to create a case in dispute mangement in my system but unable to do so. Can anyone here help me out in this??

Working to create configurations in SAP FSCM module but struggling . can anyone help me out here how to configure the module and post relevant documents and create test cases??/

Please do share which can help me a lot!!!!!!!!!!
