SAP Field Service Management - user Photos

Hi,

I have synced my human resources users from SAP to Field Service manager and I would like to view 'people' in by picture. I added the pictures to the 'people' , when I return to the dispatching board the photos do not appear.

Is there something I need to do to have the picture show for each user 'people' on the dispatching board ?

Hi Debbie,

Silly question, but did you save the record after you added the photo? Top right corner, there is save looking like checkmark button.
