Hello guys,
can someone please explain, why we are unable to cancel the Activity from the Dispatching board - Activity context menu?

Even though our user has the necessary permissions assigned to his User group:

We have also confirmed (through the Query API) that the Activity meets the requirements set in the documentation here - Cancel Activity - SAP Help Portal. We have also tried to remove and add back again the permissions, unfortunately to no avail.
Is this behavior a bug or a feature?

It seems like, we are calling wrong endpoint, even though we have followed the instructions from the official documentation available here - Cancel Activity - SAP Help Portal

Have your tried to cancel the activity via activity's action 'cancel' using API? Sometimes the API provides a detailed error message.
Also does the user have permissions for service assignments?
