SAP Field Service Management - Setting up HTML reports

Hi guys,

I have set up the HTML reports according to the documentation located here - https://help.sap.com/viewer/fsm_html_reports/Cloud/en-US/html-reports.html, with the goal to test this funcionality.

However, I'm unable to grasp the prerequisites for the Service workflow step (in order to show the report generation screen as part of the Service workflow steps). I have set up the workflow step like so:

But in the application the only thing I get is this screen:

Could anybody point me to what I'm missing?

Hi Tomas

Could you please check the users permission group for object "SERVICECHECKOUT"? I've seen similar cases where "CHECKOUT_WITHOUT_REPORT_ENABLED" was selected under UI Permissions and therefore, the app was not showing the report.
