Hello,
I would like to ask for help on offline reports. I want to use 'serviceCheckout2' report template in offline mode, so I selected html format, downloaded the template in that format, uploaded it under another name, indicated its offline availability in the Analytics & Reporting app, and added it to the template options in the Service Workflow, but it didn't work,
- Download servicecheckout2 html:
- Upload servicecheckout2 html with another name:
- Indicate servicecheckout2 html offline availability:
- Add servicecheckout2 html to the Service Workflow:
I'd appreciate any help,
Best regards, Dayanna.

Hello Dayanna,
if you want to use HTML reports you have to use the Report Workflow Step and not the Checkout Step:
Workflow Step Configuration | SAP Help Portal
After this you will have to add the ServiceCheckout object type to your HTML report.
Upload HTML Report in Admin Console | SAP Help Portal

Hello Yanik,
Thank you very much for your help,
When I follow the indicated steps I get the following message: 'Validation failed. Html report template file is missing', which makes me think that the error is in the way I get the report in html. I would like to check if it is correct to download the serviceCheckout2 report in html directly in the Report Templates section in Admin. I tried downloading it as html selecting Activity and Service Checkout as objects, then Activity (as in the original version), and finally just Service Checkout. None of the three options worked.
I appreciate any help you can give me,
Best regards,
Dayanna.
Hello Dayanna,
the already existing reports like serviceCheckout2 are JASPER reports. Just downloading them as HTML wont work.
If you want to use HTML reports you have to build your own ones. There are existing demo templates from SAP:
https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_FIELD_SERVICE_MANAGEMENT/fsm_html_reports/technical-details.html?local...
Uploading this as an HTML report should work. From there you can configure the files it as you need.
Best regards
Yanik
