SAP Field Service Management - Hide certain extensions placed on home screen with permissions

Hi,

we would like to ask if it's possible to hide extension placed into Outlet position:

SHELL_HOME_SCREEN

(Tools tile is an custom extension)

For example through User group permissions? Or some other way?

Because from what we have read and found on the help this is not possible, because the behavior is this:

So we are looking for either confirmation or some other way to control this visibility.
