SAP Field Service Management (FSM) Activity - Subtype - Feedback

Hello Experts,

i'm trying to perform some customization in FSM Activities and stuck in those points.

1. How to create Activity Subtype even I have the permission to create, update, delete, & read in my User Group.
2. How can I define new Activity Feedback with other steps and description and other codes.
