Hi,
do I understand correctly that the Dispatching Board refreshes automatically, based on the events that occur? (like the creation of a ServiceCall, ServiceCall assignment, etc.) Because I have found out, that this behaviour isn't very consistent or fast in reaction to the occurring events. Therefore my concern is that the Dispatcher could miss some information. Is there any way to set up the frequency of Dispatching board refresh? Or at least make this process smoother, and more reliable?

From my personal experience, I suggest to raise an incident with SAP Support and describe your case. They can set a trace to look into any issues with the board auto update.
Examples I experienced were : new activity is in the system, but not visible to you refresh the browser. Or status change of the assignment (like traveling, on site, checkout etc) was not reflected.
