SAP Field Service Management - Company creation

Hello,

Currently we are working on SAP FSM, and my question is : can we, with the FSM Test&Demo Licence, create multiple companies with different types ( exple: one is a Demo company and another one that's integrated to the ERP system ) ?

Is it possible to access a test environment in FSM with a test username and password?

zeineb_chaouch yes absolutely you can do that. We have been setting up FSM on our systems for demo and testing. FSM integrations the ERP connector are Company specific, so you can choose to use them or just use the cloud Data Model on its own. Remember that their are 2 Tiers of Administration, Global Admin level then Company Specific Level.

We have multiple companies set up, some are connected to ERP, others are not but they all sit under 1 test and demo license.

If you are setting up ERP connections you will have to set up a Client with ID and Secret at the Global Account level. This is needed for Integrations.

what is the exact name of your licence type?

But with "Sales Partner Demo" and "Customer Test Tenant" it is possible to create multiple companies with different integration scenarios.
