Hello guys,
is it possible to create the Attachment right along with the Service Call creation, through an API call, or do they have to be attached with a second API call?

I am afraid, but this needs to be done in two separate requests.
You can go and experiment with the Batch API, but I am not sure if this is really easier for you. (link)
