SAP Field Service Management - Assignment not reflected in SAP ECC

Hello Experts

We are in process of doing ECC-FSM integration. We did the initial setup on the ECC side after the E4C connector set up of Proxima.

Service orders are successfully created on the ECC side and replicated on the FSM side. And, we can view the orders in the FSM cloud and can assign them through the dispatching board, and release the service order.

Also, we can view the order in the FSM mobile client. But, after service order assignment in the FSM cloud, the assignment (personel no update) is not getting updated in the SAP ECC system.

Can you please let me know the reason if we need to do a confirguration for this?

Hi aelsiar,

Definitely an assignment is synchronized and is getting updated in SAP ECC system.

Based on your description it is hard to judge what is wrong. I suggest to go carefully through documentation and verify it against your setup. If this does not help please create a support ticket.
