SAP EWM-Unable to perform Unload Function

Hello Gurus,

I am trying to perform the unload functionality against a particular inbound delivery but am encountering the following error

Item xxxxx 10: GR to TU or Door - simple unloading not possible

Message no. /SCWM/SHP_RCV400

Diagnosis

Delivery item has no goods movement bin (probably a transportation unit (TU) is intended for the goods movement) or GM will be posted to a door bin.

Reverse unloading is not possible for complex unloaded items. You must create manuall WT to load items/HUs again.

System Response

Delivery item must be unloaded using a warehouse task, simple unloading not possible.

Procedure

You can use the 'unload WT create' or 'unload and putaway function'. Staging information must be available in the inbound delivery.

Or create putaway WT for the delivery.

Please can someone help me in resolving this issue.I am stuck with it for over 2 weeks.

Please check the delivery items' DocFlow. Is maybe an UCA link missing?

Can someone please help me resolve this issue please.

I am not able to do anything since although the goods movement bin is displayed in display mode the system is throwing the error when I trying to create the WT for unload to door.

Door is already mentioned and GM Bin already appearing

Didn' see you wrote that you try to create the WT. But if it doesn't work, it is maybe time to open a ticket.
