SAP EWM Stock removal strategy full Pallet, carton and piece form different stotage type

Hello EWM guru!

I have question about quantity classification.

My product have Base UoM = ST, and Alternative UoM 1 CAR = 10 ST and 1 PAL = 100 ST. In my warehouse number storage full Pal in storage type 22A0, full CAR in storage type 22AK and piece (less CAR) in storage type 22AV.

I created and assigned quantity classification to UoM: ST = 1, CAR = 2, PAL = 4.

I determined Storage Type Search Sequence for Stock Removal.

Warehouse Process Type | Quantity class | Storage Type Search Sequence

2010 | 1 | PBS1 (assigned only 22AV StorType)

2010 | 2 | PBS2 (assigned only 22AK StorType)

2010 | 4 | PBS3 (assigned only 22A0 StorType)

In EWM I received 111 ST in outbound delivery order.

System create 2 WT, but I expected 3 WT.

1 WT: 100 ST from Storage Type 22A0 (for full pallet) - it's ok.

2 WT: 11 ST from Storage Type 22AK (for full carton).

The result is the system does not determine quantity classification for piece (1 ST).

How can I make the system determine the type of warehouse 22AV for the remaining 1 piece?

Hello!

Check rounding in your process type 2010. Must be 3.

Hello Alex!

In all types of warehouses, rounding is completed in the value 3.

All my storage type have value 3 "Round Down WT Quantity to a Multiple of a Unit" in field "Round Whole Units".

However, the system still does not determine 3 storage type and does not create 3 WT.

Apparently, in customizing are missing something else.

Its more correctly set rounding in your WPT 2010. In st.type set "Without rounding"
