SAP EWM - /SCWM/ADPROD generate number of warehouse task based upon packing specification

Experts,

we are trying to move parts from non HU managed storage type to HU managed storage type using ADPROD. created a new process type and want it to create number of warehouse task based quantity maintained in pack specification, in search sequence we also maintained the quantity classification for level 1 and level 3. The packing specification is also deciding destination storage type, and its working as expected.

when i am creating a WT using ADPROD its creating only 1 WT with the requested quantity , but picking the destination storage type correctly based upon packspec, appreciate if someone could guide what i am missing here?

Hello RD,

You did not mention if you have configured rounding in your new warehouse process type.

Setting "Round Whole Units" in section "Control for Putaway/Stock Removal" in IMG node "Define new Warehouse Process Type"

Maybe that will help you to get the desired quantity into your WTs.
