SAP EWM: Putaway status - Not started

Hello,

I've made goods receipt in SAP EWM for inbound delivery, then i've created a warehouse task, transfer material from interim storage type to the final destion and confirmed warehouse task and also i've made unloading.

But Putaway status is still - Not started.

Could you please advise - what else should be done, to switch status to Completed?

Hello Ilya,

Please check your inbound delivery to see if there is inconsistency for status "Putaway". Link below will guide you to run inconsistency report.

If there is inconsistency, report will fix it.

If there is not, then please check if you have final putaway indicator for your final destination storage type in storage type customization settings. Also please check if you have process oriented storage control set up which you need to complete.

Hello Ilya,

Here you go. You should check this indicator for your final putaway storage type. Otherwise, system could not know when to finish putaway process.

You have defined an intermediate bin in Customizing for an activity area. In an inbound delivery process, you use a warehouse process category with immediate confirmation for the putaway process step. In this scenario, the warehouse task for the intermediate bin is confirmed immediately, however, the warehouse task for putaway remains in the status "B - Waiting". As a result, this warehouse task cannot be confirmed.

Solution:

Implement the correction instructions.

This note is from 2016, i use system which is updated in 2019. This note is already implemented.
