SAP EWM PPF AND QUEUE ERROR

Hello All,

I have created an inbound delivery using transaction VL31N which has been distributed to EWM .I have done the GR in EWM but the document is not showing in the outbound queue in SLG1 or SMQ2 in ERP.

Moreover, on checking the PPF log using SPPFP I am getting the attached error.

I am doing the full GR in EWM but the quantity is showing as zero in the attached message.

Can someone please help me in resolving this?

Regards.

Hi smallick2018,

This indicates that the putaway posting was sent to ERP (goods movement posting with movement type 411 - storage location to storage location), but the GR was not processed in ERP.

This can usually only occur if the GR (delivery confirm) queue was saved from SMQ2 into SMQ3.

Could you go to /SCWM/PRDI, open the delivery, go to PPF actions tab and post a screenshot? Are there any red PPF actions?

Also, you could use report /SCWM/R_MESSAGELOG_RESET with your delivery number to check for the GR message. It's quite hard to help on this without system access.

Best regards,
Jonas

Hi smallick2018,

It's a bit of guessing here, but:

It seems like you don't have a PDI yet, but only the IDN. (I assume you are working with a decentral EWM)

Also, it looks like the screenshot is taken from the transition PPF to initially create the PDI document - that's not the actual GR.

Could you please go to tx /SCWM/IDN and enter the ERP ID number in the search field for IDN inactive, press the "check" button and see what it returns?

Thanks and best regards,

Jonas
