When I ran the POSC inbound process, 1) I have created task against the inbound delivery (Product received from Door to GR-Zone). Once we confirmed the task system automatically created for other Process steps like IB02 and IB03 tasks respectively.
2) I have completed deconsolidation process as well. Noticed IB02 task status changed from B to blank.When I do the deconsolidation noticed product got damaged. Product now at in deconsolidation area.
3) Product need to be returned to supplier.
4) What is the process steps I need to be followed to return the product to vendor. when the Product laying in decon area,

Hi Rathinam,
you can send the damaged material to scrapping zone or any separate storage type ( Maintain BB + Scrap ). then after create a return po for the material then create outbound delivery then do the goods issue against the outbound delivery for that material.
