Hi everybody,
I have an question that asks for the following.
A PMR in EWM must be divided by the number of runs of a MES system, so a pmr must contain, for example, 1 PMR could be 50 runs in a box that contain al product A b and C
With the composition
Product A 5kg
Product B 13kg
Product C 1.5 kg
For example, can the PMR be divided into a number of times?
Thanks in advance

Hello Mohammed,
The feature you are asking for is not foreseen. The PMR represents the manufacturing order (production or process order) with its components (that is the reservation). If you want to have splits, you must split the items in the reservation (and then also the BOM if you create the manufacturing order with a BOM).
You should however consider why you think such a split should be necessary. The main characteristic of a PMR is that it allows the warehouse flexibility for staging when the overall quantity is not required at a single point in time. A warehouse can stage one pallet at a time while the order consumes 0.123 PAL per GI. Splitting by time destroys that achievement, you have to stage 0.123 PAL at a time.

Katrin

An addition to this is that we have a custom field in the process order where the number of runs is indicated
