Hi Team,

I have 10 RF user ID. I have 50 PI been activated.  I would like to use system guide count entry via RF. How can I leverage the PI job load base on user ID. I want to assign 5 PI for each user ID. Can this been done? Appreciated your input. Thanks

Hi James,

You need to set up your resources and queues in system and you can use System Guided or Semi System guided queue work assignment to your warehouse resources. You can also assign work manually to your resources. There will be WO for your PI documents. Same can be assigned manually to your users.

Hi James,

Please go though below thread.

As soon as the PI is activated it will create WO. You can check it in Monitor or PI document tab.

Once you complete the Queue/RF related settings you can assign particular resource for specific PI count document manually from monitor or automatically using semi-system guided settings.
