SAP EWM Outbound Delivery Stuck in SMQ2.

Hi Experts.

I have searched many SCN blogs & posts but I am unable to find any resolution on below error.

My outbound delivery is stuck in SMQ2 with below error:error.jpg

There is no detailed long text explanation for cause of these error messages.

I have completed all EWM integration configurations for outbound, but still keep getting this error.

All ERP-EWM document types mapping ,Customer Business Partner Data, Distribution Model, Product master WH extension, WH Split Indicator, Number Ranges maintained correctly.

Please let me if i missed any configurations.

Hello Vaibhav,

I've seen the same error from another customer where the issue was because there was no interval configured for object /SCWM/DSGR in transaction SNRO.

Due to this missing number range configuration during the delivery creation this error message was raised.

Can you please double check this customizing and let us know if the issue persists?

Hi Vaibhav.

1. Check any dumps in transacion code ST22 any dumps or error message in SM21 log

2. Check this SAP note 2822890
