sap ewm hand terminal user log off problem

Hi guys,

We couldnt log off the user from hand terminal source.

SM12 lock entry list is empty. But we have an info

user xxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxx source logged on.

Do you know any other transaction code for log off the user or any other solution?

Hello,

Depending on what tables/user you checked in SM12, the actual DB-locks for processing WTs/WOs would be gone.

have you double-checked in the Warehouse Management Monitor (/SCWM/MON - Resource Node) if the user is still logged in? Depending on your setup of the monitor node, there is an action to log-off users from resources as well.
