SAP EWM: Error /SCWM/ERPINTEGRATION008

Hello,

We are transfer outbound delivery from ERP to EWM and the queue is stuck in SMQ2 and we have the following error message:

Item type ZRTM has the wrong item category RET

Message no. /SCWM/ERPINTEGRATION008

Could you please advise, how we can solve thiss issue?

Hi Ilya, you need to check mapping for deliveries (delivery items).

Item category (RET = Returns) does not fit to the needed item category (probably PAC).

Looks like we've found out what was the problem. The delivery type was incorrect, it should be for - RETURNS
