Hello All,

I am getting below errors. Can someone help on this.?

I think material with preceding zeros is the main cause ?

Hi,

the error "material does not exist" is misleading, this is because in embedded EWM the interim document (in your case the inbound delivery notification) does not exist.

The more important problem is the message "Could not determine EWM stock data...". That means that no availability group is found. And with the second error you are receiving "Party entitled to dispose US11..." this makes me thing that your basic settings for the warehouse are incomplete. Assignment to plant / storage location, assignment to party entitle to dispose, probably also SCU and other things missing.

All the above is no official SAP statement.

Want to learn EWM?

Check for EWM courses: https://training.sap.com/trainingpath/Applications-Extended+Warehouse+Management-EWM+in+S4HANA

Get a SAP Learning Hub Subscription: https://training.sap.com/learninghub

And it is EWM. NOT eWM - Duh!

And if your question includes the word "transfer order" - do NOT tag the question with Extended Warehouse Management!

Hi Juergen,

Thanks for the quick response. I am working on configuring Embedded EWM from scratch in sandbox and facing these all errors.

1) Also I have availability group & stock type maintained.

2) Assigned Plant- SLOC-Logistics system- Availability group and disposal party as well..

3) SCU maintained as well

I followed and checked many documents but still facing these errors.

Hi Nikhil,

No I have all the above errors in different tcodes like SLG1, SMQ2 and when I open inbound delivery tcode for ERP inbound delivery.

3 errors at 3 different tcodes.

Thanks for checking though..

This is the error as well when doing inbound delivery via SAP MENU.

I am working on EMBEDDED EWM and dont know if I have to CIF plant, shipping point and material. If no CIF'ing in Embedded EWM --> then how these plants, shippoing point, vendor and materials extended to EWM ??

Party entitled to dispose US11 is not allowed in warehouse number EEWM

Hi,

in this case another assignment is missing. You BP US11 has no assignment to the plant.

This assignment can be done is different locations in EWM.

My preferred one: In customizing choose SCW Extended Warehouse Management --> Extended Warehouse Management --> Interfaces --> ERP Integration --> General Settings --> Assign Business Partners to Plant.
Create an new entry. Enter your plant, set the flag local (as this is embedded EWM, enter the BP US11 as Disposal Party. Ideally the BP is created as vendor and as customer, then you can enter the BP in the two other columns as well (but this is mostly required for the Kit to Stock process.

The other option: you BP exists as vendor (if this is a best practice scenario I suppose it is): Open the BP in the role FLVN01 Supplier, select the tab Vendor: General Data, in the Additional General Data section, enter you plant in the field "Plant".

You other entries do look ok (OK, you did not show the assignment of the SCU to the warehouse number and the roles in the SCU, but that would be the next step), so you should check this.

Thanks for the response again.

I have assigned plant to BP as well..

Customizing process as explained is maintained as well..

I maintained disposal party at SCU which is assigned to EWM warehouse (couldnt attach screenshot as comments not allowing more screenshots).

---------------------------------------- After above config check

Recently, I changed the logistics system in below configuration from EWM logical system to ERP logical system which solved more issues and have new errors now (Assigned Plant- SLOC-Logistics system- Availability group and disposal party as well..)

New errors now at SLG1 & SMQ2 :

1- Could not create header data delivery 0180000024, system CFX_400

2- No storage bins found

3- Problems occured during the validation of the incoming message

- SMQ2 error - No storage bin found.

I already maintained GR_ZONE for 9010 storage type still facing this error. Now I am currently working on this..

I AM EXPLAINING EVERYTHING SO THAT IF SOMEONE FACE SIMILAR ISSUE-THIS THREAD CAN SOLVE THEIR ISSUE QUIKER.

yes and after changing local system from EWM to ERP. That above mentioned SLG1, SMQ2 and Party entitled to dispose errors are gone and got 3 new errors now.

I have maintained storage bin for 9010 and other storage types as well but still getting 2nd error.

I followed this thread as well for 1st error "https://answers.sap.com/questions/203804/could-not-create-header-data-delivery-in-sap-ewm-s.html" but it didn't help or didn't fix the issue.

Thank you for all the response.

The above issue is resolved by maintaining below configuration..

Happy that I have seen inbound delivery at /SCWM/PRDI

Thanks Dominik Tylczynski for all the help...

Closing this thread as my issue for now resolved.
