Hi,
I have two steps in my storage process:
1. Step IB01 for unloading , stock is moved from Storage Type 9030 (Door) to 9010 (GR Zone)
2. Step IB03 for putaway; Stock is moved from 9010 (GR zone ) to storage type 0020 (Final bin).
Warehouse task is getting created successfully for step 1 and I am able to confirm it. When I confirm this unloading task, new task gets created. But in this task both source and destination storage type is GR Zone. Also Process type that is getting for second step is 3065 which is process type for step 1. for step 2 process type should be 1010.
Screen shots are attached for reference.
Please let me know what corrections are needed.
Request clarification before answering.
Hi Sandip,
Maybe you should just define the storage type control indicator in product master data (SCWM/MAT1), please try enter the storage type 1010 in relevant tab for your product. Please try also check the log for warehouse task creation (in warehouse management monitor), maybe you will find the cause why something went wrong.
Best regards,
Marek

Hi,
if you want help - you need to show your customizing for POSC. How should anyone know what corrections are needed otherwise?

And it is EWM. NOT eWM - Duh!
And if your question includes the word "transfer order" - do NOT tag the question with Extended Warehouse Management!

Hi Juergen,
Sorry for quality of screenshots and thanks for reply.
3065 is my unloading process type. Process type 3065 is getting determined in inbound delivery as it is assigned in "determination of process type settings" to the combination of Warehouse number/ Document type/ process type determination indicator.
Storage process INB1 was assigned to 3065, as this is the first process type determined in inbound delivery.

Damit: THAT ARE SCREENSHOTS, MAN! 🙂
OK, from the way I see it (and what I can recognize) this is completely wrong set up. You have the process entered in the warehouse process type 3065, which is wrong. And you don’t enter a destination for the step IB03 in the process oriented storage control.
Which WPT is determine in your inbound delivery? According your screenshots I guess that should be 1010. And this one needs to have the process assigned (or whichever you have in the warehouse request). For the putaway you need to have set up a destination determination (storage type search sequence, if you want section, bin type), that’s it. The rest is taken care of by the POSC.
Recommendation: fully use the BC sets, not just half of it. With the BC sets there is a WPT 1011, for this the POSC is set up. You only need to check the determination of this WPT.

Hi Marek,
Main issue is with process type and not storage type. Process type 3065 is getting picked for second step instead of process type 1010.
