SAP DM Monitor Production Processes

Hello Community, 

I am facing with the following error message: 

I try create a production process where the production connector is part of. The process itself runs well in the demo mode, in the productions process designer. If I run it in the final process it didn't work. So I try to activate the monitoring for the configure production connectivity app, to get more details, why it is not running in a proper way: 

and after activating the monitoring, I end up with shown error in the first picture.
Does anybody have an idea how to fix this?

thanks to the SAP Support Team, we found the issue and the solution. Issue was the certificate, generated by the SAP cloud (App: Configure Production Connectivity): 

it didn't contain the entire certificate chain.
A regeneration of the shown certificate solved the problem.

Hi Marcel,

the destination for the service key is setup and the connection is established.
If you have any other points that I can check, please let me know.
