SAP Collection Worklist duplicate customers

We have changed the collection segment assigned to customers, now in the worklist I can see 2 lines for the same customer, 1 for the old segment(01) and 1 for the new segment.

Has anyone come across this issue before? when I view the master data record of the customer using UDM_BP I can see the history shows the old segment but not sure how to delete the old assignment.
