Hi All,
Issue: Catalogs are not visible after role change in IBP
process: I updated an existing role in Test system with catalogs related to SAP Demand. But the newly added catalogs are not visible to the users. Do i need perform a job sync? Please let me know.

Hi Sanjeeva,
There is no need to run something manually to sync the role with the users.
If you added the new catalogs and Saved the role, the role status must have changed to "Active". If the Role status is still on Draft mode, then it is not applied yet.
Besides that, you need to make sure that the appropriate READ and WRITE Restrictions are also maintained for the different applications/tiles.

Thank you. Issue got sorted out by removing roles from user account and added them back.

Catalogs control the access to IBP Applications and Tiles. What are you trying to achieve? I will try getting this sorted.

SAP catalogs attached here, were added to a role.
1. open the role
2. edit the role
3. add catalogs
4. save
then newly added roles are not visible to the user.
