SAP Byd AR collection

Hi, SAP expert

SAP Byd, - User doesn't be allowed do payment collection directly from one customer account screen ( under the menu of "pay manually by" > incoming bank transfer.

User must go from liquidity management work center to do AR collection.

SAP Byd allow User to do outgoing payment directly from one supplier account screen, but why SAP byd doesn't allow same function ( AR collection - incoming bank transfer) directly from customer account screen instead of liquidity management.
