SAP book inventory not updated in ERP PI document posted automatically.

Hi all,

I have a typical observation regarding physical inventory process that is linked with EWM system. In EWM when I complete physical inventory process, I can very well see book inventory, counted qty and difference qty/value in the PI document. When we clear differences using difference analyzer in EWM, system posts the necessary differences using 711/712 matl doc in ERP, at the same time system also generates PI document in ERP automatically (as we have setting in OMJJ for mvmt types 711/712). However in this PI document (in ERP) system only records differences and no other fields i.e. book inventory and counted qty.

For one my clients we have to generate a physical inventory report from ERP indicating all the three fields i.e. book, counted and difference qty. This is a legal country specific requirement and SAP has already developed country specific transactions for this Form = INV-3 : Txn = J3RALFINV3, Form = nv-19 : Txn = J3RALFINV19.

So my question is how can we get the book inventory in these automatically generated PI documents in ERP. I tried setting default indicator "Freeze book inventory" for stor. loc in ERP PI customization (also In EWM this indicator as default value while creating PI document). But still system do not captures book inventory but only differences. Also I do not want to develop form or report in EWM to suit this country specific legal requirement when there is already one provided by SAP in ERP.
