Are you a consultant?
if so, why no contact your former clients, if you made a good impression during the implementation then you would be considered for future roles.
However, as you will already know, there's not much recruitment in Oil and Gas right now.
As for other jobs (SAP, BCS or otherwise), I would look on LinkedIn.
