SAP-APO-SNP : Manual Reservation error in CCR Report with Error Message - 426

There is a manual Reservation error that is coming through on the CIF Reconciliation Report.

Every time I delete the order and re-run the heuristic, it clears that error, but another product then comes up.

This is leading me to beleive there is a bigger issue with subcontracting.
Internal Order No: 123456789

Material: XXXXXXXX
Plant: XXXX

Error Code:426

There is actually no reservation in ECC & I can not simply delete the error in CCR Report as it is grey out.

Only option is send to R/3 but even after sending nothing happens.

Please advise if you have faced the same or similar issue.
