sap apo pp/ds setup time from setup matrix not displayed in the graphical board

Hi,

I have a setup matrix with setup times and setup costs. the setup group/key is maintained in the routing/pds operation. the setup matrix is maintained in the resource. I have a sequence of planned orders which according to setup matrix require 230 minutes of setup time. I see the setup group&key in the order details, but operations activity does not show any setup time and hence I do not see any setup time in the resource chart.

What could be the reason for the missing setup time?
