SAP APO -Heuristic- Inbound Quota Arrangement

Hello Experts,

I have maintained Inbound quota arrangements for a DC with two plant locations as A -60% and B- 40%.

But while running the location heuristics, the system is not picking both the plants i.e. the requirements are not splitting to both the plants.

Instead, it takes one of the plants and assigns the A -100% to it. When I try to load manually in the Planning books it shows the Quota for work for Plant B as well. So no T lane issue.

I have maintained the requirement split and lot size tab for all 3 DC and Plants

Do I need another setting, We are having simple heuristic and Not PP/DS , so please guide

Could you please help me what could be the possible cause of this behavior?

Dear RAM, please check if you have min. lot sizes, which would bei violated by the quota arrangement. Also please check if both sources are valid in the period having a net demand - considering the GI Times, transport durations and GR times defining the earliest delivery date of the source.
