SAP APO: Error message /SAPAPO/CIF199

Hi all,

we are using transaction /SAPAPO/CCR (Comparison and Reconciliation) and that transaction shows an "Order number/Material/Plant" combination with error number 199 (/SAPAPO/CIF 199). Now we were unsure about the error number as that one is not listed in any of the really good sources for that topic:

We even checked https://ga.support.sap.com/dtp/viewer/#/tree/954/actions/10668# but were not successful in finding the reason for the issue. What we already found is that Tx /SAPAPO/RRP3 lists a duplicate entry for this combination (Category STO_2), but we are also unsure on how to get rid of that duplicate records.

Any hints on how to proceed with this?
