SAP APO Demand planning- insert 0 values in a KF since a starting date defined in a custom table

Hello expert,

We have a requirement from our client. We want to populate a KF with 0 values for a cvc level from a starting date defined in a Z-table. In the Z-table of course there are also all the info about the CVC that we want to use.

Do you have any suggestion on how it would be possible to do it?

Hi Gaurav,

I dont think a standard possibly way exist to read the time series data from a table into planning area. But I can propose a workaround. Make the Custom Table as the Data Source and read the content in an appropriate Infocube. Run RTSINPUT_CUBE report to load the data from Infocube to Planning Area. It is going to be a periodic load rather than a real time load. Check whether it is a suitable option and let me know if you have further questions.
