sap apo: alternative mode via work center classification- not gpoing through to pds

Hi,

I classified 3 work centers with class type 019 and the same characteristic value (there is only one characteristic & only one value). then I classified the operation in the routing.

the valid from date in the class is 1.1.2014,

the valid from date of the operation in the routing is 20.4.17.

when I cif the pds to apo I see only 1 mode in the pds...why? there should be 3 modes...

any idea what might be wrong?

I use apo 7.3 on S4Hana.
