SAP Agentry Work Manager Attachment ( Unable to attach Office documents )

Hello Gurus,

Does anybody knows how to adjust customizing in ECC and Work Manager in order to allow attaching Office documents? Currently, only images are allowed for attachments, DRW type is configured in WM. Client requirement is to allow Office documents ( .doc, .xls, ...) to be attached from Work Manager.

Hi Bill & Brian,

Server application is Work Manager 6.2 and tablets are running on Windows 10 OS. I have installed newest client but behavior is the same.

I am sending you screenshots from DC10, DC30 and Mobile Application Client Globals.
