SAP 7.70 Email Notifications when part stock is updated

My question is specifically, when using the SAP command MMBE – “Stock Overview” – then I input a part number and it displays the stock of that part and its location…is there any way to set an alert when a part is added to stock? Or if the quantity of a part in stock changes?

I’m not sure if MMBE comes with SAP, but I really want to be notified when Stock for a part changes. If there’s a way to do this…it would be awesome.

I have googled this already, no good answers on how to get email notifications for this. If I can get SAP to automatically communicate with Excel, I can take it from there.
