Samsung A50 device screen compatability issue in SAP Syclo Work Manager 6.1

Hi Experts,

We have installed Work Manager 6.1 Application on Samsung A50 device.But, on some screens the “done / complete” buttons appear, unable to click them in portrait mode.When we turn to landscape the buttons work fine.This functionality is working fine in Samsung S7. We build Andriod apk that will be rolled to device.

Below are the version details.

Agentry Client : Agentry v70.10.5.21 (6.1.0)

SMP Version : 3.0.13.3

You will probably want to open up a support ticket to get more assistance here. Please also provide more details about the device (os version, etc).

Hi Bill,

We are facing similar issue and support processor has suggested to update smp sdk sp14 pl02. We are rolling android apk's to users, can you please confirm if updating sdk means that we need to again re-import android resources(openui) and built apk's or just can we build Agentry.db by using sp14 pl02 standard AndroidClient.apk file.

You really should open a new question for your query next time. If support is recommending upgrading the sdk and you are using a branded client (with or without open ui code), you will need to rebuild your apk using the new version of the sdk. Just updating the Agentry.db for a pre-built client is unlikely to solve the problem.

Hi Swathi,

There could be different things that might have caused this problem. Since that's an Android phone, it should be easier to troubleshoot it. I would suggest you follow this troubleshooting guide offered by Techshali blog.
