Same Duration as in Master Recipe should show in PPDS DS Board

How can I see the same duration mentioned in the standard value of Master Recipe, to show in the PPDS DS Board graphic element duration irrespective of Order qty.

Ex. If i have an an operation mentioned in the standard value of Recipe as 10 Hrs, that Operation(graphic element) in DS Board should occupy full 10 hrs, irrespective of the order qty. (I have one of the operations for fixed duration for all orders of that material). Always, that resourcce and material combination (for the recipe) should have that fixed duration in the DS Board.

How to achieve this ? I have removed scheduling formula in the Resource. Still not working. I cant remove the formula in capacity tab, which is mandatory field.

So any idea how to achieve this ?

Hi Narendra,

The mode duration is calculated based on the following formula:

Mode duration = Fixed duration + ( Variable duration * operation quantity) / base quantity

As you are using fixed duration, the next step would be to check if the fixed and variable durations are correctly set in PDS.

Thanks Yasmin. The note gave me some insight and I adjusted the formulae to Fixed Setup. and adjusted the Recipe accordingly. Now i see the operation duration as same as defined in the recipe.
