We have one issue with product allocation scenario where we are some sales orders and STO's which are old but found that this are not consumed allocation qty. in APO and not visible in /SAPAPO/AC42 and in planning book. This orders are confirmed on ECC side but not consumed the allocation in APO, there is no master data error and all setting is in place we checked lot of current orders for the same material but they were consumed allocation correctly . somehow we are not able to replicate this scenario in test system but we are trying to find root cause and possibilities for this issue.
Could anyone helps to know what will be root cause of this issue,?
