Hi,

I have created sales order using code va01 but i did not receive automatic acknowledgement. When i try viewing the same using va02, It is showing error " sales document is not in the data base or has been archived."

Can anyone please help here.

Note: And this issue is happening for particular user. some of the users are able to create sales order sucessfully
