Sales Deals & Promotions Based on Allocated Product Qty or Allocated Budget

Dear Experts,
As business need that as per below 2 scenarios for sales deals & promotion;

Scenario 1: Condition records (Discount value) regards the deal are also to be maintained by marketing team with their maximum budget (every single condition record for specific material has its own maximum value that can be achieved within this material specific promotion). For example, if the material sales price is 1000$, and promotion discount value per item is 100$, and maximum budget is 500$, then the maximum quantity to be sold for this material is 5 PCs. As long as 5 PCs will achieve 500$ as discount cumulated value which is the maximum budget to be achieved within this promotion for this material.

Example:
• Material Price: 1000$
• Promotion Discount per Item: 100$
• Maximum Budget for Promotion: 500$

To calculate the maximum quantity that can be sold under this promotion:
Maximum Quantity = Maximum Budget / Promotion Discount per Item
= 500$ / 100$ = 5 PCs

So, the marketing team can sell a maximum of 5 pieces of this product under the promotion. Once 5 pieces are sold, the cumulative discount value reaches the maximum budget of 500$. After reaching this limit, the system should not apply any further discounts for this material within the promotion, ensuring that the allocated budget is not exceeded.

Scenario 2: We want to maintain the maximum quantity to be sold for specific material by achieving specified promotional discount for this material. For example, if a material’s sales price is 1000$ and promotion discount for this material is 200$ , then we make maximum quantity to be sold for is material is 5 PCs, then we can only sell 5 PCs of this material with 800$ (1000 – 200). Any additional material would be sold for 1000$.

Here's how it works:
• Material Price: 1000$
• Promotion Discount: 200$
• Maximum Quantity with Discount: 5 PCs

Now, if a customer buys 5 pieces of this product, they will get a discount of 200$ per piece, making the effective selling price 800 SAR per piece (1000 - 200). Therefore, only 5 pieces can be sold at this discounted price.


Please note that I attempted to address this scenario using sales deals and promotions (VB21, VB31), but unfortunately, I couldn't find the desired results. I kindly request advice from experts on finding an appropriate solution.
