Sales BOM (Configurable Mat) Planning in APO

Hi,

I have following scenario -

Sales BOM for a configurable material (say material A) is created with 2 components B and C.Component B is also configurable. I am able to explode both components of the BOM in sales order and able to maintain configuration for material B as well.

The query is -

1. Material A is a KIT and should not be planning/delivery relevant. Item category is TAM which is not delivery relevant so no issue here. How do I stop A from getting planned?

2. Also is it possible to have this KIT material as not configurable but Sales BOM component (B) is configurable.

3. Material C is externally procured item. The issue that the PR is not getting generated with sales order account assignment. How can it be done ?
