SAC integration with IBP issue

Dear Experts,

We tried to integrate SAC & IBP. We wanted to send AOPREV (Annual Operation planning Revenue) to IBP from SAC. Connection has been successfully established between SAC & IBP. When we tried to export the data from SAC to IBP, We are getting below error,

“Data combination doesn’t exist in IBP”. But we have the combination in IBP.

Below are the steps we did,

IBP side:

Key figure: AOPREV

Planning level:

Root Attributes:

Month:

Currency ID & Customer ID:

Product ID

We were trying to send the data of the below combination,

PRDID CUSTID MONTH UOMTOID CURRTOID 100.FIN.0001.100 0000000029 2021.06.24 EA USD

SAC Side:

Model: MH1_New sales plan

Story:

Dimensions (From IBP)

• -PRDID (Product ID)
• -CUSTID (Customer ID)
• -PERIODID3 (Month )
• -CURRID (Currency ID)
• -CURRTOID ( Target Currency )
• -UOMTOID (Target UOM ID)
• -AOPREV ( AOP Rev Key Figure )

Based on the mandatory fields in IBP, we select the required fields as below.

Error message:

Please help us to solve this issue.

Hi,

Try selecting only Prod, Cust, Curr, Month and AOPREV. Map month field to PERIODID3_TSTAMP

Also, it says Data combination doesn’t exist in IBP. Please check if planning combination - 2021.06.24, 100.FIN.0001.100, 0000000029, USD (MTHPRODCUSTCURR) exists in IBP.

Thanks for your reply. But in one of the blog (attached below), they have mentioned that month field should not be mapped with Timestamp. However I will try and update you the status.
