S4HANA - Get Credit Exposure BAPI

Hi all, the existing bapi's to get the credit exposure, which in Business Partner master data S4Hana is mentioned here:

don't seem to work anymore, as they still refer to KNKK table, which isn't used in FSCM S4Hana anymore.

How can we retrieve the value of the credit exposure as mentioned in the screenshot? I can't find any table where this is mentioned either.

A colleague of mine found the function module: UKM_COMMTS_BUPA_DISPLAY.
