Hi everyone,
currently I'm setting up a warehouse on a public cloud and try to set the warehouse address.
So far I created a BO to represent the Plant
I assigned the BP-Role Supplier
And I added the Plant under General Data - Vendor View.
I confirmed it multiple times, that a) the BP is not in Draft and b) the plant is not overwritten/deleted.
But still: when I enter my plant in the windows "set warehouse address" and click "Address", I receive the Error:
"The system can't determine the party entitled to dispose".
If I enter the BP manually (instead of using button address) and Press enter, I receive: Party entitled to dispose XXXXXXXX is not allowed in warehouse number XXXX.
Does anyone have an Idea, where the issue might be?
Thanks,
Frank

ANSWER / SOLUTION:
with the 2108 Update there came a setting, that is in the WH Setup Guide, but in a wrong Order.
correct Order:
1) Define Warehouse Attributes
2) Define Avaiability Group
3) Define Stock Type
4) Map Storage Locations to the Warehouse <<< This Step need to be done, to set the warehouse address!
5) Set Warehouse Address

Hi Frank,
Before going into "Set Warehouse Address" Step, please double check the following:
1. You have assigned Customer No. Plant in "Define Shipping Data for Plants". This "Customer No Plant" is the Business Partner representing the plant.
2. You have assigned the LE WH (Internal WH) to the Storage Location
3. You have assigned the EWM WH to the LE WH from previous step. Configuration step "Assign Warehouse Numbers from Logistics Execution".
4. You have defined the WH attributes in "Define Warehouse Attributes" step.
For more detailed information, please check the WH Setup Guide.
Best regards,
Luan
