We are experiencing a dilemma as in our company S4 PP implementation has been scheduled to be implemented in January 2024. We are also planning to implement a planning tool to be integrated with PP.
In terms of timing for the implementation what could be the factors to be considered that would you suggest?
Example what could be the advantages/disadvantages to implement planning module before PP implementation? On the other hand what could be the advantages/disadvantages to implement planning module after or in parallel to PP implementation?
