Hello All,
We are implementing S4 2023 embedded EWM with QM integration.
We have process to send the sample Qty to external labs after GR and Inspection Lot created. We used to update the sample qty to blocked stock and SLOC as external lab in Inspection Lot stock tab and post it.
We have a track on where the sample inventory exists. Once we received the test results from external labs we record the results and complete UD with remaining qty (ex: unrestricted). The sample qty is in blocked stock will be consumed with 335 mvt-Goods issues to sample from blocked stock.
After EWM integration, I don't see Inspection lot stock tab in the UD screen. This is expected since stock control will be in EWM.
In S4 system will not allow to move partial qty from inspection lot from one SLOC to another. QAC2 will help to move the whole qty.
Could you please shed some lights how to address this case? Appreciate your inputs.
Regards,
Senthil

Hi @Skannan,
"After EWM integration, I don't see Inspection lot stock tab in the UD screen. This is expected since stock control will be in EWM." - If I understood correctly, you are not able see bin while UD...Could you please share screen shot and let us know your exact requirement.

Hi @Ajit,
Thanks for your response. When Goods received in to IM location inspection lot tab shows up in QA11.
We need to send samples to external lab for inspection. So we post the sample qty ex:1000 in to blocked stock and update external sloc. This will give us tracking like where samples exists.
Once we got the results we take the disposition. Samples we consume from blocked stock 335 mvt.
I wonder how this process works with EWM since inspection lot stock tab itslef wont show up.
Regards,
Senthil

I know this is not the straight way which you are looking...Please pick your sample process from your process and modify things as per your need with BADI...
